    摘要:

    大规模发展可再生能源是实现“碳中和”“碳达峰”目标的必由之路。在对国内外有关可再生能源内在机理和演化路径的相关研究进行搜集、整理的基础上,从可再生能源发展规律、影响因素、发展情景和发展路径几个方面进行了系统回顾。发现对可再生能源影响因素及规律探究通常基于一般发展情景,以“碳中和”“碳达峰”为分析背景的研究不足;发展路径的研究视角较为单一,缺乏从能源开发潜力、技术资源、区域异质性等多角度综合探究。从中国可再生能源发展特殊规律探究、分区域分时期情景预测及多视角发展路径规划等研究方向进行了展望。

    Abstract:

    The large-scale development of renewable energy is the inevitable way to achieve the“carbon neutral ”and“carbon peaking”target. This paper collected and organized the studies on the intrinsic mechanism and the path evolution of renewable energy, and then reviewed the development laws, influencing factors, development scenario and development path of renewable energy. It is found that the existing studies on the factors and regulations of renewable energy are usually based on general patterns, and there are few studies oriented to the analytical context of“carbon neutrality and carbon peaking”; the research perspective of the development path is relatively single, lacking comprehensive exploration from multiple perspectives such as energy development potential, technological resources, and regional heterogeneity. Finally, this paper provides an outlook on the research directions of revealing the special rule of renewable energy development in China, sub-regional and subperiod scenario forecasting and multi-perspective development path planning.
