In the current context of China’s diversified social values, strengthening the discourse power of social? ist core values in the field of values and firmly grasping the dominance of social value construction are the inte? gral part of consolidating cultural confidence and promoting the construction of socialist spiritual civilization with Chinese characteristics in the new era. As an important embodiment of socialist ideology in the field of values, socialist core values are facing multiple difficulties, such as the impact of western“universal values”discourse hegemony, the lagging construction of discourse system, the lack of discourse dissemination capacity, and the weak construction of network positions, which have weakened its discourse influence. Therefore, to enhance the discourse power of socialist core values, we need to transform the general needs of the people into consensus discourse expression and highlight the essence of discourse, transform the party’s ruling advantage into the gov? ernance efficiency to achieve the value goal and enhance the discourse authority, promote the interaction and in? tegration of discourse of multiple values and enrich the connotation of discourse, integrate the vision of the Chi? nese nation with a Community of Shared Future for Mankind and break the worship of Western discourse, pro? mote the deep integration and complementarity of traditional media and emerging media, so as to promote the discourse dissemination.
