Abstract:Based on the background of a new round of technological revolution, the impact of artificial intelli? gence on labor relations is discussed. This paper uses the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2003 to 2017, and takes the quantity effect of labor employment as the mediator variable and the institutional environment as the moderator variable. This paper explores the impact of artificial intelligence on the transformation of labor re? lations from the perspective of flexibility, legalization and collectivization. The results show that artificial intelli? gence has driven the diversified transformation of labor relations in China. And here the quantity of labor employ? ment plays a mediating role, and the institutional environment moderates this process.
