Abstract:The application of artificial intelligence technology has brought rapid development to the aviation in? dustry which meanwhile increased the related safety risks, making the current aviation law face new challenges. After the Boeing 737MAX series of accidents, the threat of artificial intelligence systems to aviation safety is worthy of attention. From a long-term development perspective, airworthiness standards for artificial intelli? gence systems should be formulated in the Airworthiness of Aircraft, and more attention should be paid from the perspective of aircraft airworthiness management to maximize aviation safety while using artificial intelligence technology to develop the aviation industry.
