This study, focusing on the aircraft maintenance personnel as the study objects with the basis of existing literature and an in-depth interview, has designed primary scales about the work-styles of the aircraft maintenance personnel and conducted a questionnaire on the targeted personnel of many places across the country. After that, methods such as the exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and the confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) approaches are used to analyze the obtained data. The research results show that the structural dimension of the work style of civil aviation maintenance personnel includes 5 factors and 27 items, and there are significant differences between the importance and conformity of different factors and items.
