Abstract:Drones are more widely used in real life and the main types are divided into consumer drones, civil and military drones. With the advantages of high flexibility, low cost and being easy to carry, drones are highly welcomed by the public. However, since the drone industry is newly-emerging in China, there are no unified and clear standards about drones’product quality. Therefore, when drones enter the market, they may have quality problems that will lead to their crashes and losses when flying. The lack of laws and regulations in the drone industry cannot give drones operators a clear code of conduct as reference. By analyzing the causes of drones’crashes, and making clear the distribution of responsibility for drones’damage, a quality standard of drones can be set up and the operators’behavior can also be regulated.
