Abstract:Given the new development pattern of international and domestic cycles and the strategy of deepening opening up, under this circumstance and from the perspective of export probability and export scale of micro en? terprises, this paper, based on Maria Bas’s modified model on Meliz Heterogeneous Firm Theory, proves that the opening up of China’s producer services industry has a significant impact on promoting the export of manu? facturing industry with empirical analysis. Other findings include: the more the restrictions on FDI’s access to producer services is reduced, the more significant the effect is; the opening up of modern producer services such as finance, science and technology has a more significant positive correlation with the export of manufacturing enterprises. Under the development pattern of dual cycle, we should expand the access to foreign capital in pro? ducer services, and especially reduce the restrictions on equity investment; we should put our focus on the open? ing up of modern producer services such as finance, and improve the business environment.
