Historically, the value of China’s rural areas has become more and more prominent after it has experi? enced the coupling development of villages in the“pre-era of agriculture, rural areas and farmers”, the fragment? ed development of urban and rural areas in the“agriculture, rural areas and farmers”After the rural revitaliza? tion strategy is put forward, it has quickly become the key to our efforts concerning rural areas. The theory of ru? ral construction during the Republic of China era, the research on western“Agricultural Administration”, and the experience of building new socialist countryside are the theoretical basis for the rural revitalization strategy. From the current point of view, with the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy in the country, it also encounters many practical challenges, with tangled values, theoretical problems and practical difficulties. We put forward some policy suggestions, such as attaching importance to the rural areas, linking up the policies and constructing a long-term mechanism that is beneficial to agriculture, rural areas and farmers, so as to promote the overall revitalization of rural areas.
