Abstract:Having high-quality staff is the core competitiveness of knowledge-based organizations. The research on the post competency of knowledge-based organizations is helpful to improve the work performance and comprehensive quality of knowledge-based employees and enhance the core competitiveness of knowledge-based organizations. In combination with management practice, ZH Research Institute has made great efforts to explore the construction and application path of the post competency model of knowledge-based organizations. Based on the implementation of the knowledge-based organization strategy, the post competency model has been applied to select and evaluate talents, stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of employees, plan the career development path of employees, and form a three-dimensional and operable post competency model of knowledgebased organizations. Therefore, it is verified that the research of knowledge-based organization management innovation based on post competency needs to establish a mode that conforms to the characteristics of the organization and the actual development, and constantly enrich and improve the construction principles and implementation paths, so as to make the management reform achieve real results.
