News dissemination in the mobile internet era suffers a lot from copyright infringements． The reason of that includes the misunderstanding of legal provisions and the influence of realistic characteristics of news dissemination． To strengthen the copyright protection of news dissemination，we should clarify“factual expression”meaning and basic elements of the“news on current events”with no copyrights，define key concepts in the fair use of works for news reportage such as“current events articles”and“inevitable reappearance”，and deny the statutory license of“newspaper or periodical reprinting or excerpting on internet”． In reality，news media should establish mechanisms of rapid paid collection of news and acquirement afterwards，make agreements with journalists，contributors and expert commentators about the copyright ownership and use of relevant works，strengthen the cooperation with the provider of press applications，change the operation mode which mainly relies on the direct copyright licensing fees while increase the proportion of indirect profits and adapt technology to enhance the declaration and protection of copyright．
