Abstract:Understanding and grasping the development of China’s energy internet is quite important for its related planning and sustainable development. Based on the design of the comprehensive evaluation index system of China’s energy internet development,considering the three dimensions ( project,low-carbon and high- efficiency,valueadded services) with 23 indexes,China’s energy internet development status was evaluated from 2013 to 2017 by the entropy weight matter-element model proposed in this paper. The results showed that,China’s energy internet has evolved from its forming stage to the initial stage since 2013,and is transmitting to the stage of growth; from 2017,four indicators ( the technical maturity,grid comprehensive line loss rate,customer satisfaction,education and training) which account for a large proportion have not been rated high. Finally,measures and suggestions for the development of China’s energy internet are given based on the analysis of the factors restricting the development.
