    摘要:

    大学行为文化是大学文化的重要组成部分,主要包括学生行为文化、教师行为文化、管理人员行为文化等。以学生、教师、管理人员为主体,考虑数据的可获得性、全面性,构建了大学行为文化绩效评价指标体系。典型样本集实证分析的结果显示,在大学行为文化的构建中,一是要加强对学生的教育引导,努力形成乐学善学的学习氛围;二是要加强师德师风建设,形成良好的教风和学术风气;三是要提升管理服务水平,形成管理服务与教学科研的联动机制,促进良好大学行为文化的形成。

    Abstract:

    As an important part of university culture, university behavior culture includes student behavion culture,teacher behavior culture, management culture and so on. Taking students, teachers and administrators as the main body and considering the avaiability and comprehensiveness of data. this paper has constructed an index system for the performance evaluation of university behavioral culture. The results of empirical analysis of typical sample sets show that in the construction of university behavioral culture,three things are really important and necessary: first, we should strengthen the education and guidance of students. and strive to form a good learning atmosphere;second, the construction of teachers’ethics should be strengthened, so as to form a good teaching style and academic atmosphere; Third, the level of management services should be improved to form a linkage mechanism between management services and teaching and research, as well as to promote the formation of good university behavior culture.
