With the continuous advancement of modern science and the integration of various disciplines, in terdisciplinary theories and methods have attracted attention of the researchers. As a branch of history, the historv of CPC needs to use the theories and methods of the interdisciplinary research. Among them Zhang Jingru’s achievements on interdisciplinary research are mainly manifested in the following three fields: social history and research of the history of CPC, modernization and research of the history of CPC.psychology and research of the history of CPC. Moreover, we need to promote the construction of the methodology system of the history of CPC in three aspects: paying attention to the new trend of interdisci plinary integration, adhering to the guiding ideology of historical materialism, and improving the “inter mediary theory system” of the history of cpc.
