Dual roles and multiple missions of domestic universities’alumni associations give rise to the foundational status of resource mobilization and two-way mobilization mode, showing appearance of school-backing and alumni-facing. Singularity of goal, methods of simplification, and operation interruption and unbalance of resource mobilization bring about some problems and dilemmas which hinder the functions of alumni association. The adjustment of the awareness of resource mobilization, by the alumni association and its workers, the matching and optimization of the mobilization mode and the fine design of the mobilization process technology are conducive to break through the current resource mobilization dilemma and improve the effectiveness of resource mobilization.
