According to legal interpretation, we could know that the abolition of group and enterprise standards only denies their standard qualifications not their effectiveness as a resolution. Supervision of group and enterprise standards is a comprehensive project, which should be extended to pre-implementation supervision and summary of experience after implementation. Moreover, we should take full advantage of the market to help supervise.
