Abstract:In order to promote innovation-driven strategy,the concept of manufacturing maturity leve(MRL) management is popularized in the aviation industry.Combining with the Manufacturing Maturity Level Manual,a mature proiect list for each level of MRLis proposed which conforms to the actual characteristics of aviation products.On this basis,the system dynamics method is used to predict the technological maturity period of the main production aircraft in an aeronautical industry main engine factory, and the related parameters are adiusted by referring to the previous research results.Two main optimization directions as well as others,which can strengthen the management and control of system risk and speeding up the supply frequency of system resources are obtained.Measures should be taken to help production units carry out upgrading work scientifically and efficiently.
