The large aireraft manufacturing industry with the characteristies of high investment, high value added and high risk is the comprehensive reflection of economic technology manufacturing and the level of management for a country,World class level aircraft manufacturers have adopted the main manufacturer supplier management model that is shared with the supplier’s risk.In this paper,the basic theory of social network is used to analyze the main manufacturer core supplier collaborative development network of China Commercial Aircraft C919 Project,Boeing 787 Project and Airbus A350XWB Project and draw the shortcomings of China’s main manufacturer-core supplier collaborative development network: on the basis of that,the advantages of Boeing 787 and Airbus A350 suppliers are jointly developed,the co-development network of C919 main supplier-core supplier is optimized,and the expected performance of the optimized network is analyzed.The results can provide reference for the collaborative development of large civil aircraft in China.
