Abstract:Based on the indicators of ”healthy China, healthy Jiangsu, as well as modern medical and health system in Nanjing”, this paper constructs an evaluation index system of medical development level in Nanjing from four dimensions: medical security, urban-rural gap in medical, medical resource allocation and medical construction. TOPSIS model, cluster analysis and factor analysis are used to evaluate the medical level, fluctuation effect, resident satisfaction and its influencing factors. It indicates that the overall medical level of Nanjing has been rising steadily year by year, but it is obvious that there is a“center-edge" development effect in 11 districts; and resident satisfaction, which is influenced by personal, family, medical service and medical policy, is relatively low in Nanjing. Therefore, it is necessary to design regional balanced medical policies and strengthen the investment in medical resources in marginal areas, so as to promote the balanced and full development of urban and rural medical care.
