Abstract:The efficient teaching evaluation in universities only separately considers effectiveness, efficacy or efficiency, which can’t satisfy the relative Decision Makers’(DMs) requirement of obtaining overall information of teaching situation in universities. The “3EF”(effectiveness, efficacy, and efficiency) method, which concerns the interrelationship between them and comprehensively evaluates the teaching situation in universities, can provide DMs with the overall information. This method is used to comprehensively evaluate the experimental class at the College of Economics and Management in Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. In addition, the method is meaningful for overall efficient teaching evaluation in experimental classes of other universities.
