    摘要:

    科技档案知识库是科技创新体系的重要组成部分。基于宏观思维角度,从主体、客体、技术和市场四个方面阐述了科技档案知识库动力构成要素;在其基础上,解析了科技档案知识库动力要素之间协同驱动和非等价性动力相互作用机理;以知识"流"穿梭于知识库形成发展的各个阶段为切入点,构建了科技档案知识库动力机制模型,分别从知识获取、知识扩散和知识整合三个方面进行深入系统地阐释,同时给出了科技档案知识库建设中建议与对策。

    Abstract:

    The knowledge base of scientific and technological archive is an important part of the technological innovation system. From the perspective of macrothinking, this article expounds the dynamic components of the knowledge base of scientific and technological archive based on four aspects: subject, object, technology, and market; and on the basis of it, in this article, the mechanisms of action of the synergy and nonequivalent dynamics is built between the dynamic elements of the knowledge base of scientific and technological archive : With knowledge “flow” passing through each stage of the knowledge base development as a starting point, a dynamic mechanism model of the knowledge base of scientific and technological archive was proposed and analyzed from a systematic perspective including knowledge acquisition, knowledge diffusion and knowledge integration respectively. The indepth explanations are provided on each aspect, and at the same time, the suggestions and countermeasures for the construction of the scientific and technical archive’ knowledge base are provided with pertinence and operability.
