The socialist core values, as the “common divisor of value” of the majority of the contemporary Chinese people, firmly grasped the position of their rural discourse. The expansion of rural discourse groups plays an important role in enhancing the breadth and depth of the discourse influence of socialist core values in the new era. On the basis of understanding rural people’s cognition of socialist core values, then analyze the reason of restricting the rural discourse right of socialist core values. Through defining the main body of rural discourse, arousing the subject’s consciousness of discourse, constructing discourse content suitable to reality, optimizing the mode of discourse expression as the key and innovating the communication of discourse, we can realize the effective promotion of rural discourse right of socialist core values.
