Abstract:Cultural selfconfidence leads the cultural industry to develop towards the right value orientation. But value Orientation of cultural industry development exists some problems, for example cultural resources being transformed into cultural industry is insufficient and their utilization is low, culture is “aphasia” and national cultural identity is not high, cultural enterprises is not strong to the social responsibility and emphasizes the economic benefit rather than the social benefit, highquality cultural goods lack, and the effect of culture going out is not good. Given that, in order to put forward corresponding countermeasure, we should put forward countermeasures including transforming cultural resources and improving cultural productivity, improving the competitiveness of the cultural industry with the effective integration of socialist core values, putting social benefits first and stick to social and economic benefits and raising the social responsibility of the cultural enterprises, as well as implementing culture “bringing in” and “going out” strategy and enhancing the influence of the Chinese cultural world.
