Abstract:The training of college students before joining the Communist Party of China is an important part of university Party construction, and its evaluation is directly related to the effect of training and the quality of college student party members. Also, the training is flawed by such problems as the lack of highquality teachers, the random curriculum provision, the traditional training form, the monotonous evaluation mode, the loose process control, and the insufficient later stage evaluation. In this paper, we improved the training evaluation system composed of three stages by exploiting the CIPP model. Moreover, we raised three working principles, namely: combining qualitative and quantitative analysis, being practical and realistic, and advancing with times.
