The successful experience of university cultural quality education shows that mature cultural quality education model is schoolbased and characteristic. Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics focuses on its own features and advantages of national defense science and technology closely, integrates the highquality resources of aviation, aerospace, and civil aviation disciplines fully, and implements education philosophy thoroughly, thus gradually forming an effective schoolbased model for graduate cultural quality education. Through continuous exploration and practice, the cultural quality education in schools is enhanced and the humanities spirit and science quality of the graduate students is improved.
