The development of UAV industry has brought about new challenges and requirements for the management and legislation. Although there have been more than a decade of exploration of UAV legislation worldwide, the new development of UAV technology demands different countries and international organizations to explore more scientific management. Under such a background, the latest UAV legislation in the U.S.A., EU, Japan, and other countries were compared, through which the future tendency of UAV legislation was explored.
