In the present world, with frequently occurring wars and raging terrorism and hegenonism, peace deficit is a serious challenge facing human beings. The Nineteenth CPC National Congress pointed out that it is necessary to build an open, inclusive, clean, and beautiful world with long-lasting peace, universal security, and common prosperity through building the community of common destiny for all mankind. In a sense, the “Belt and Road Initiative” is a realistic path that Communist Party of China raises to eliminate peace deficit and create a community of common destiny for all mankind.
