    课内外一体化健康教育实施后,大学生干预组总体健康素养水平明显高于干预前(OR=4.963,P<0.05),大学生对照组总体健康素养水平较实施前无统计学差异(OR=0.685,P>0.05);干预组和对照组大学生在健康知识与理念、健康行为与生活方式及健康技能方面有统计学意义(OR=5.137,P<0.05),干预组大学生在传染病预防素养、慢性病预防素养方面较实施后有所提高,但较于其他方面发展仍处于低位;干预组大学生总体健康素养水平与其接受健康教育必修课和选修课学习,健康教育俱乐部学习、校内外健康教育赛事活动有关联(P<0.05)。实施课内外一体化健康教育能有效地提高在校大学生健康素养水平,把其作为促进大学生健康素养的核心手段,加大健康教育投入,整合新媒介资源,完善一体化健康教育体系,通过多种形式和途径传授健康知识与技能,全面提高在校大学生的健康素养水平。

    Abstract:

    To understand the impact of implementing integrated curricular and extracurricular physical education on the improvement of college students' health literacy can offer a basis for optimizing college students' health literacy interventions (OR = 4.963, P<0.05). The overall health literacy level of the college students in the control group was not significantly different from that before the implementation (OR=0.685,P>0.05), and the overall health literacy level of the college students intervention group was significantly higher than that before the intervention (OR = 5.137,P<0.05). The level of overall health literacy of the college students in the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the students who received health education and health care (P<0.05). The implementation of the curriculum reform has improved the level of health literacy of undergraduates in the school, which is related to the study of health education activities.
