Abstract:The Party Construction in colleges and universities is an important guarantee for the university to carry out the Party's educational policy in a comprehensive way and to carry out the fundamental tasks of moral education. Analyzed with AGIL model proposed by the Parsons, College Students' Party construction, a dynamic action system, has four problems: the declining adaptive function, the ambiguous goal attainment function, the inefficient integration, the weak latency pattern maintenance. This paper analyzed the feasible paths of college students' Party construction according to the requirements of four functions of AGIL Model.
