    摘要:

    为减轻危险天气对航路正常飞行的影响程度,提出一种危险天气飞行受限区域划设和预测的方法。该方法首先采用改进的Graham算法,确定危险天气飞行受限区域形成的凸多边形;随后引入灰色预测模型,结合危险天气飞行受限区域初始边界点的历史数据,对未来短时间内危险天气飞行受限区域各边界点的初始位置进行动态预测;最后将预测得到的各边界点位置沿凸多边形中心点向外拓展25km,以此确定未来时刻危险天气飞行受限区域的影响范围。

    Abstract:

    In order to reduce the impact of severe weather on the normal flight route, it is necessary to plan and forecast severe weather scientifically. The improved Graham algorithm is used to determine the convex polygons formed in the forbidden area in severe weather. By establishing the gray prediction model, using the historical data of the initial boundary point of the flight forbidden area in severe weather, this study forecast the initial boundary point of the flight forbidden area caused by severe weather dynamically. Then, extending the predicted boundary points 25km outward along the central point, it tried to determine the boundary of the forbidden area of the severe weather in the future. Finally, an example about severe weather in Fuzhou was studied. The results show that the method proposed in this paper is suitable for the boundary prediction of flight forbidden area in severe weather flight in the short period of time. The accuracy is about 85.3%.
