The closed loop supply chain is the microscopic realization mechanism of circular economy development, whose operational efficiency is enormously defined by the remanufacturing level of products. Aiming at extending the responsibility of remanufacturing product design, adopting the triangle theory of green development, this paper, based on researches at home and abroad, explores the future development of manufacturers' product design responsibility in remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain in terms of government, consumers, and manufacturers.
