The 2.0 age of globalization has not brought about the expected universal well-being. How about the emerging third wave of economic globalization in the world, namely, the 3.0 age of globalization? In the 3.0 age of globalization Lenin's imperialism theory is rementioned, partly because the chronological characteristics of 3.0 age do not go beyond the category of imperialism, partly because Lenin's historical materialism, critical logic and values are needed to recognize and understand the 3.0 era. In the 3.0 era of globalization, Chinese will occupy an important international position to play a major role in the global influence. China with good governance, vitality and innovation is a key to become a global power with strong leadership.
