    摘要:

    校企合作的传统范式是把合作置于整个专业建设和人才培养的最后流程,这就导致在传统的校企合作中,仅能建立校企合作的弱联系。创新驱动下校企合作专业建设应充分实现大学在创新上的巨大能力与企业在创新需求上的契合,通过将双方的创新需求与发展融入到校企合作的全过程,建立起基于校企双方创新发展的校企合作专业建设强联系机制。这就要求校企合作专业建设做到:在过程上,企业参与专业建设的全流程;在利益上,实现校企合作利益共享;在资源建设上,实现校企资源互补;在评价上,引导和激发校企双方合作的意愿和行为。

    Abstract:

    The traditional mode of university-enterprise cooperation puts the cooperation in the last link of the whole process of specialty construction and personnel training, which results only in the traditional weak links between university and enterprise. The innovation-driven specialty construction in university- enterprise cooperation should fully integrate the enormous innovation capability of universities and the demand of enterprises for innovation and establish a strong tie of specialty construction between universities and enterprises by involving the innovation demand and development of universities and enterprises into the whole process of the cooperation. This requires the cooperation of specialty construction to be based on these rules: the enterprises can participate in the whole process of specialty construction; the enterprises can share the benefits of cooperation; the resources can complement each other between universities and enterprises; cooperation intention and behavior of the universities and enterprises should be guided and inspired by evaluation.
