Based on the new type of interaction effect between urbanization and urban suburbanization in China, this paper explores the relationship between new urbanization and urban suburbanization in population migration, industrial structure adjustment, and transportation conditions. There are many internal relations in the development goals between new urbanization and urban suburbanization. Population migration, industrial structure adjustment, and the transportation are the main channels for the interaction effect between new urbanization and urban suburbanization; however, the interaction effect between new urbanization and urban suburbanization in China is currently not very close, so new urbanization development philosophy should be adopted to guide urban suburbanization and efficient development.
