Dynamic evaluation of urban credit environment in Jiangsu Province is studied. In social, political, economic, financial dimensions 12 secondary indicators are put forward. Based on the time series data between 2009 and 2013 of 13 cities in Jiangsu Province, entropy weight and TOPSIS are used to evaluate the credit environment of the cities dynamically; with Nanjing as an example, key factors influencing the credit environment are analyzed with the gray absolute correlation degree.
