Abstract:A harmonious teacherstudent relationship is the foundation of education development. Indepth exploration of tutorial system for undergraduates in recent years in colleges and universities has effectively enhanced the mutual understanding, cooperation, and tolerance atmosphere between teachers and students. However, what we should clearly realize is that some problems exist in the tutorial system, such as unclear strategic positioning and inadequate operational mechanism. To construct a joint development relationship between teachers and students, we should focus on constructing a united, concerted, and innovated form of interaction in the tutorial system.
