The regulatory issues of unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) have been a global highlight. ICAO and many countries are urgently engaged in UAV legislation. China’s legislation on UAV is defected by disordered and underdeveloped legislation, low effectiveness level, and a large number of blank fields, so China must clarify the basic problems and establish and improve the relevant regulation system, and participate in the international legislation.
