Abstract:Based on the connotation and characteristics of innovative talents of science and technology, the system structure of innovative talent training is put forward with industry-academia research cooperation and the key influencing factors and related assumptions are analyzed from the internal level, the external level, and the interactive level of the universities, the enterprises and the government. Based on questionnaires and literature analysis, the gray target decision model of innovative talent training is established and the impact of various factors on the innovative talent training is analyzed empirically. Based on the calculation results, the countermeasures and suggestions of innovative talent training are given and the innovative talent training mechanism of industry-academia research cooperation is revealed.
