Socialist Consultative democracy with Chinese characteristics contains the moral connotation of serving the people. The unveiling of such an issue should adopt a comparative perspective, based on the purpose of democracy, namely, interest, proceeding from the western introduction of consultative democracy and appeal to the possibility of consultative morality in order to break through the predicament of public interests. The moral dimension of consultative democracy with Chinese characteristics should be highlighted in the logic relation of the priority of people's interests and serving the people. Serving the people is essential to be supported with morality in view of the unique forms and advantages of Chinese consultative democracy.
