Abstract:TIE Ning's historical sagas Rose Door,Big Bathing Woman, and Silly Flower betray her unique female narrative position. Her sagas, while paying attention to and reflecting on the female survival, with a “third sex” eye, express social reality and cultural accumulation via female. Her unique narrative positon mainly results from her family's influence, her own experiences, her ideas of literary creation, and her multiple s identify: a female, a writer, a politician. The dual nature of her sagas reflect the dual connotation of female and beyond.
