Based on the panel vector regression model, the dynamic relationship between FDI, economic growth, and carbon emissions was investigated. The result showed that the influence of FDI on carbon emissions is promotion succeeded by increasing restraint, which indicates that the future economy of China should pay more attention to the quality of foreign capital; carbon emissions is a reason for economic growth, so the relationship between them should be considered and weighed by the government in formulating relevant policies; The influence of FDI on the economic growth is a one-way promotion effect, but this effect tends to be weakened, which shows that in the future China's economic development cannot depend excessively on FDI and that economic transformation should be sped up for the sufficient flowing of domestic capital and the transcendence of China's economy.
