Abstract:In recent years, with the “1980s” generation holding gradually the status of cultural main body, the construction of their youth image and culture narrative gradually appears in public, achieving the transmission from the network-based subculture to the mainstream culture. The youth image of the 1980s generation not only has the common characteristics of youth films, but also has the common characteristics of the generation: the disagreement between their narrative and the times, the ambiguous female perspective, and intergenerational dislocation of the auidience. Consequently, an image system is constructed which has tremendous internal tension.
