University career-starting education is a future-oriented educational activity, whose nature is an all-around development education starting future career. Current university career-starting education is facing many dilemmas, for which one of the reasons lies in traditional utilitarian educational patterns. The implementation of career-starting education, a systematic project, demands a comprehensively systematic innovation and construction. To be specific, a new career-starting education system with “new philosophy, new methods,new content, and new mechanism” is to be created and an effective path to career-starting education is to be explored by a comprehensive construction in terms of philosophy, curriculum, faculty, and institution.
