In the context of fierce competition for the excellent students,the issue of how to attract high quality student to make enrollment is becoming thorny and urgent to be solved. This paper constructed a CA model, from the perspective of the students, for the students with high scores and those with average performance when they choose colleges. The paper explored the students' recruitment situation of College N in J province and simulated the competitive evolvement of the college enrollment, analyzing the factors influencing the choices of such two kinds of students. The results showed that students with excellent performance could be attracted by the core competitiveness and additional conditions of a college; while for the students with average scores, spreading publicity and adjustments of the enrollment criteria worked. The results also demonstrated that the quantized references were conducive to the reasonable decision-making for the colleges in terms of attracting higlrquality students.
