    摘要:

    依托于算法和大数据的网约平台劳动模式的出现和发展,颠覆了传统劳动模式中的 雇佣关系、组织体系以及劳资关系,塑造了新的劳动模式,但以自由和高收入为宣传标语的网约经 济却使网约劳动遭受着更严重的异化。当我们回到马克思的理论逻辑和立场中,数据时代网约平 台仍然没有脱离传统的劳资关系的控制,算法、数据等人工智能虽然是作为先进的科技力量促进 着社会文明的发展,其社会后果的背后仍然是资本的力量在操纵一切。在社会主义市场经济体制 下,在利用资本大力发展和推崇新兴业态的经济模式的同时,更应该规避新兴业态经济发展不当 带来的负面效应,完善数字经济发展和平衡劳动者权益,构建和谐的劳资关系。

    Abstract:

    Relying on the emergence and development of the labor model of the online appointment platform based on algorithms and big data, the internet economy has subverted the employment relationship, manage? ment system, and labor-management relationship in the traditional labor model, and shaped a new labor model. But with freedom and high income as slogans, the internet economy in China has caused more serious alienation of online labor. When we return to Marx’s theoretical logic and standpoint, the Internet-based appointment plat? form in the data age has not been separated from the control of traditional labor-management relations. Artificial intelligence such as algorithms and data are still used as advanced scientific and technological forces to promote the development of social civilization. Behind the social consequences is still the power of capital manipulating everything. Under the socialist market economy system, while using capital to vigorously develop and promote the economic model of emerging business formats, it is necessary to avoid the negative effects of improper eco? nomic development of emerging business formats, improve the balance of digital economic development and la? bor rights, and build harmonious labor relations.
