Abstract:The Party and the country attach great importance to the construction of teachers’ethics, while the anomie among postgraduate supervisors still exists. Such a paradox has made the governance of teachers’ano? mie become the focus of public attention and academic research. In view of the particularity of postgraduate su? pervisors and the complexity of teachers’ethical anomie governance, it is necessary to properly deal with the re? lationships of existence and non-existence, establishment and revision, frameworks and details, individuals and organizations, positive incentives and negative constraints, standards of distinguishing and fault-punishment bal? ance, result judgment and process control, as well as instrumental rationality and value rationality.
