In this paper, the influence of Industry ?University ?Research cooperation on scientific research performance of applied universities and the moderating effect of region were empirically examined, using 2010-2017 panel data of 66 applied universities in china and the multiple regression analysis method. It was found that:①Industry?University?Research cooperation intensity had an inverted U-shape effect on the scientific research performance of applied universities; ②The region had a negative moderating effect on the relationship between Industry-University-Research cooperation and scientific research performance of applied universities.
