It fails to meet the needs of the party concerned who wants to resolve the dispute quickly. It can’t build a good connection with the litigation process, and lacks a sound feedback mechanism and supervision mechanism. First conciliation should focus on the role of the party’psychological expectations in the resolution of disputes, and plays the role to meet the two-way satisfaction. In addition, the mechanism of the two-way feedback and supervision also needs to be paid attention to, thereby realizing the optimality of justice and efficiency.
