The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China formally put forward new requirements for strengthening the party’s mass organization. Strengthening the party’s mass organization is an inevitable choice for comprehensively strengthening the ruling ability, an inevitable requirement for upholding and strengthening the party’s overall leadership and a source of strength to realize the great dream. The main difficulties and problems encountered by the party’s mass organization in the new era includes: insufficient service to the masses; inadequate propaganda of the masses; weakening, falsification, and marginalization of grassroots party organizations; other forces competing with the party organizations for the masses. In the new era, the realization path of strengthening the party’s mass organization power mainly includes: adhering to the mass line and playing a good style of working closely with the masses; carrying out in-depth research and targeted mass work; strengthening the party’s grassroots organization and governance capabilities; grasping the laws of the times, and innovating the working methods of the masses; adhering to the people-centered principle to achieve a shared development.
